<p>We had an accident. We pay upto 1k a month for this **** insurance. King price does not cover courtesy car nor are they willing to assist. Excess is 27k. Which is ****************. Totally disgusted. Im cancelling. And i would advise people NOT to joing this pathetic bunch of *******.</p>

We are really sad to hear you feel that way about us, we went and listened to the call the day you took out the policy and your excess was discussed with you several times throughout the call and even a team manager spoke to you during the call to verify that you are aware of the high excess option you selected and whether you understand the term excess. We therefore cannot seem to understand why you feel this way as that is the excess option you selected.
Regarding the car hire unfortunately you did not ask nor did you take the car hire option therefore we are unable to provide a rental vehicle. The above has been discussed with you by our claims department as well as the status of your claim. Should you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact.
