DISGUSTED CUSTOMER
Absolutely pathetic service. Held to ransom to get a document to advise why claim was rejected. Do not use this insurer..paid premiums for over 10 years but when something happen it's your negligence and they don't pay. DON'T BE FOOLED WITH LOW PRICES...they are do honour their contract. I will have to repair my car my self even tjough I have paid insurance for absolutely nothing...disgusting customer service all around...do not use them you'll be sorry.
