Disgusted beyond words
After 11 years of being a loyal customer i must say the service has become a disgrace! You were always such a good insurance, but after being stranded for 2 hours in the cold and dark waiting for a tow and the issues since i am highly disappointed in the service. 11 years and it means absolutely nothing to you !!!! NOTHING AT ALL!!!!
