Disgusted.

they collected my car after an accident and it took 2 weeks to be assessed then to the repair shop. it has now been a month up to today the 25th June. the vehicle as supposed to be ready tomorrow and the hire car was extended. Now the car is not ready till next week friday and King price are saying they do not want to extend the car rental. The car rental should run for a month from the time the claim is authorised not the day they take the car. they are supposed to opporate under Christian values which is why i moved to them. i would not recommend them to anyone. as we speak i have been on the phone for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come back to me.
