DISGUSTED

A guy called me now for vehicle insurance quote, we ran through the entire process and I was not happy with the R27500 excess, that is a **** load of money. I advised the guy that I heard great things about king price insurance hence it was my first call for a quote but I would need to shop around. He then was getting quite aggressive to persuade me into not shopping around, I advised him that I have to get another quote to compare the two deals. He again got very aggressive and his level of service and advise dropped so much that he argued with me on the phone and actually had the nerve to CUT the call while I was still on the line. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC service. I will never call king price again and I will tell all my friends and colleagues about this pathethic. I wish I had this persons name. I am hoping that someone would be able to trace this persons details or even trace the call. Even went really well and he was a good guy until I said I have to compare the quote. That is my right! To cut the call is shocking customer service and now I am done with King Price. I actually received a cheaper quote elsewhere so I should thank this rude person!!!
