Disgusted

I got a quote from King price insurance and then later declined to join them, on calling to decline I was offered a better price to which I let the consultant know I would let them know if I chose to deal with King price insurance. During December I went abroad and noticed I was receiving emails of non payment and then an email saying my policy which I had never even started with them had been canceled. I now see that I have been listed by King price for bad credit. Please can you explain this and remove me from Experian or I will take legal action.
