disguisting service from king price insurance - *****ing money

<p>all i have had was trouble with this insurance from day one, i can never get hold of them and emails are never rep**** too only when i threaten action against them, i had got a comparitive quote from them regarding my car insurance, which was low, but my current insurance company beat them. so i sent an email on the 15 august to cancel my policy. no response, everyday thereafter i sent an email, no response. when i tell them i will take it further i get an email from retentions claiming my policy was cancelled on the 18 august 2016, and all is good and cancelled. 1 september 2016. R658.00 goes off my account for king price insurance. this is not an insurance company you can trust. i want my money back you have no right to take funds out of my account after you have confirmed a policy is cancelled.</p>
