Disguising service

It is with great disappointment and frustration that' I let this Complaint. I have been a client of King Price insurance. I have cancelled the policy on the 27th September 2018. They Refused to give me Cancellation Latter and the response I received from the call centre was invalid. The Agent Stated that "They don't issue cancellations latters" but couldn't provide a reason as to Why? This now affects my affordability as it still reflects on Credit Bereu. Can Hello Peter please assist me in obtaining the cancellation latter as I believe this is my right to have it as a Civilian. . Thank you for attending this Serious Concern.
