DISGRACEFULL SERVICE
A disgrace. Claim number CKP***/1
Two weeks gone and they still canNot finalise repair centre confirmation. Was first sent to Automagic who is not even on the KZN approved list. Then sent to Ross Champions Umhlanga for assessment and this company is not Toyota warranty covered. so I wil lose warranty if taken there although was sent ther and did assessment there.
Now sending me to another company and staff from SEM dept does not even know if I need to do new assessment or not. Pathethic service.
Please don't use this company until they get their act together Regards anesh
