Disgraceful service
A claim a while ago was nearly cut in four until I complained bitterly. Very unnecessary. I now get a notice of increase of about 15% at a calculated guess. NOT ON!!! I now have an urgent claim and get no response. I will fight these tooth and nail until I get a satisfactory outcome and then change insurance companies together with the appropriate apologies.
