disappointment with my insurance claim with King Price

on Wednesday 23 September 2020 I was involved in a car accident. submitted my claim on the same day, took the car to the referred to Auto magic in Parow for the assessment of the damages. Received a call on Monday 28 September from an assessor and he informed me that he has looked at the assessment pictures and he will submit his report to the claims department, BUT he will exclude the tow-bar as it does not come standard with my car (2010 Mazda 3 1.6 dynamic) now, my argument is that, when I took up my policy with King Price, they did an inspection of the car before the they can fully cover the car, no one informed me that the Tow-bar is an accessory and is not covered by the policy I have. this is so disappointing as the tow-bar actually help to make the impact of the accident to be lesser. several attempts to ask King price to repair it, have fallen into deaf ears. so disappointed with them. my policy number is: KP***
