DISAPPOINTMENT
I claimed in April this year for a windscreen replacement, and i requested that they fit the VW windscreen and it was not approved because my car is out of warranty, they then fitted just an ordinary windscreen.
Now my rain sensor is malfunctioning and when i took the car in for service i was advised that when the windscreen was replaced they tempered with the rain sensor. I called kings price to inform them about this matter and I was told that someone will call me. i guess according to them there is no sense of urgency that is why they haven't called me. NO RESPOND FROM THEM ON MONDAY, I'M LEAVING THEM.

14 Oct 2019, 10:53I was instructed to take my car to autoboys for inspection regarding the complaint i lodged with kingsprice. Autoboys inpected the car and the found that the previous guys that replace the glass the never put in the gel before attaching the rain sensor back in position, and that negligence is seen as a results of the rain sensor not working.
This morning i received a call from L&M panel beaters that I should bring my car for INSPECTION, mean while that was done last week and i had to put in leave for that. Kingsprice please respect our time and effort like the way we PAY OUR PREMIUMS EVERY MONTH WITH NO HUSTLE.
How can a panel beating company be experts in rainsensor and wind screens?
I told L&M that autoboys had to put GEL on the sensor thinking that i might solve the problem and it never worked. Now the that panel beating company will not know that the rainsensor was installed without the GEL and they will not see the reckless job that was done before.
The feeling i get is that Kingsprice is trying to get recommendation that suits them. AND IT IS COMPLETELY NOT FAIR....
