Disappointing Service Provided

I am sincerely dissatisfied with the service provided by King Price. It has been three months since my car was damaged in May, and yet my claim remains unresolved. Initially, I was instructed to obtain three quotes from panel beaters, for which I had to bear the cost. However, upon reviewing the quotes, King Price contested the amount due to the panel beater quoting for brand new parts. Consequently, I faced difficulties in finding a panel beater willing to provide a quote for second-hand parts. After an extensive search, I managed to procure a quote that was significantly lower than the original one I had submitted. Despite this, King Price is still refusing to reimburse the agreed-upon amount.
