Disappointing service from Kings Cab services.

Bad client service with King Price. First time experiencing such unprofessionalism fro them, I am more disappointed than upset to be quite honest, to think I've been with the insurance for more than 5 years now. This sterms from a bad service I received fro their Kings Cab services, my life was put to risk due to their service not delivering. I have addressed this with the insurance and was promised that it will be addressed with their "supplier" but still no feedback.
