Disappointing service

My vehicle got into an accident last year and was taken to a company called Jewels Auto Panel & Paint for repairs, the vehicle had to be taken back to the them because they had not done the fitment of the sunroof properly which was discovered by Barons VW after I took the car to them after part of the sunroof came off while I was driving. The car was then taken back to Jewels Auto Panel & Paint on the first week of March and till today I don’t have the car, I contacted Jewels on the 4th of May and was told the vehicle is at a VW dealership here in Durban and they are apparently not open for business. Last week I was contacted by CarTrack reporting that my vehicle tracking unit was faulty and so this morning I called VW Weiss where the vehicle is and I was told the vehicle was only towed there and there has been no communication ever since it was brought in by my insurance or Jewels on what should be done with the car. I have been with King Price since 2013 and I have received the best service from them, but now for my car to be neglected like this I was really not expecting this from King Price. Tumelo Molakonae from King Price who was assisting me with this whole situation has not said anything in past 2 months, I am not sure whether he still works for King Price. I am extremely disappointed and I am also hurt because I am taking taxis everyday while nothing is being done with my car. It would be dumb of me to continue using King Price after this whole mess.
