Disappointing Experience with King Price After Accident

I recently had a regrettable experience with King Price following an accident four weeks ago. Despite the unfortunate incident, communication from their end was severely lacking. I found myself consistently having to follow up to obtain any updates on the progress of my claim. This lack of proactive communication has been a major frustration throughout the entire process.
