Disappointing service by King Price consultant.

I updated my policy yesterday with a King Price consultant, then after the update, premiums where suppose to decrease but instead went up, so I asked him how come my premiums are up instead of decreasing, surprisingly he had no answer for me, he then said he'll ask he's senior advisor to give me a call to discuss this. I am still waiting for that call even now. So disappointed because I've been a loyal client to them for years now.
