Disappointing service
My brother in law was involved in a car accident in July - and unfortunately passed away. I registered the claim and gave in all the details necessary to speed up the process to finalize the claim. Myself and my sister have not received any feedback from King price, every time we have to call the assessor for feedback. If we don't call then we don't know exactly what is happening on the claim. My sister who is obviously still in shock because of the loss of her husband called the assessor and was advised that the claim was rejected because they suspect that my brother in law was driving under the influence - the accident happened at 10:00 in the morning and my brother in law did not even consume alcohol so don't know how the insurance company got to this conclusion. King price previously requested for a post mortem which the hospital provided, there were no discrepancies, even the police officer that was at the scene confirmed that no alcohol was involved whatsoever. I need someone to call me URGENTLY and explain why we were not informed on the rejection and also how you got to this conclusion without any interviews being conducted.

Upon the validation of the mentioned claim certain facts came to light which justify King price waiting for the post mortem results and specifically blood results. This information was received when we conducted interviews with several people in regards to the claim. This would include friends, family members, police officers, movement reports from the relative tracking companies. To date we have not received the post mortem results.
Upon further underwriting on the claim, I have noticed that the assessor Johan Human has tried to make contact with Mrs Thabete and yourself on several occasions to no avail. Numerous e-mails, and text messages were sent but no reply was received. A discussion was held between Johann and Mrs Thabete regarding the outcome of the claim.
