Disappointing service

Asked them to update our details, never got an updated quote, until we decided to go with a different insurer because King Price wasn't getting back to us.

Then they operator didn't want to let us cancel and kept phoning to convince us to not change and bad mouthed the other company we are moving to.

As a result of this they didn't cancel the policy on time and the debit order went off as usual. When finally refunded they didn't refund the entire amount as they said the policy was cancelled late.
