Disappointing and unreliable service

I needed a flat battery assist. From the time I called to log the issue til my car got started was over 3hrs. I received 5smses saying assistance has been dispatched. When the 1st call out company arrived they were not fully prepared. I am highly disappointed with the service I received. Surely the call out companies that king price is associated with should be of higher standard. Every month they happily take my premiums, yet when I need help I am left abandoned. Thankfully I was in a safe place when I had the issue, but had I been in a unsafe area, or if it was my wife that needed assistance, the insurance cannot be re**** on, for this reason I find the service I received pathetic. I am on holiday and had plans that day, and because of the pathetic and unreliable service, I was left inconvenienced. I am seriously considering other insurers.
