Disappointing

I have taken out vehicle insurance with King Price and that part has been great. The reason I’m unhappy however is that I was advised that I need to have a Tracker installed for theft and hi-jacking. Sure No Problem. I have had the vehicle since Tuesday it’s now Friday and still haven’t had any contact from Tracker. I personally called them only to be told that King Price must advise them and I cannot initiate the installation. So I emailed King Price and eventually Karabo calls me and says he has emailed Tracker but it remains my responsibility to have it installed. Not only was he rude but he gives me an attitude as basically it’s not his problem
