DISAPPOINTED KINGPRICE CUSTOMER

I recently had my insurance claim rejected due to non compliance. I had refused a so called reasonable request. An accident occurred and am accident report was given. I had obliged to all the assessors requests except the last one. I deemed it not reasonable to give access to my telephone records after an accident report was given. The assessor made me feel as if I was being interrogated which is no way to feel if you are a customer. I was informed that my claim would be rejected if I refused this. After my claim was rejected I had requested to get my vehicle back and was under the impression that my vehicle was at a kingprice insurance yard. The car was however moved to an SMD yard without me having knowledge of it until a consultant from SMD had called me. Kingprice later called and cancelled my insurance. My policy did not state that I would have to give access to phone records when it comes to a claim. I am really unhappy with the way this situation played out. If this was the case they should have said on the day the insurance was taken that you must be willing to give out that type of information on their request. If I had prior knowledge of this I would have never signed up with them. You just get ********** for being a loyal customer!!!!
