Disappointed in King Price Warranty I submitted a claim for a **flywheel replacement** under my King Price warranty. The policy only excludes **clutch, suspension, and over-/under-fueling**, yet they still rejected my claim by incorrectly grouping the flywheel under the clutch. The **flywheel is part of the engine**, not the clutch – it's bolted to the crankshaft and is listed separately in all manufacturer manuals. The way my claim was handled left me with **zero trust** in their client care. I won’t use them again or recommend their warranty service. That said, I do want to thank **Vanessa Daniel-Daude** from the financial department. She was the **only one** who tried to help, and even made a last attempt to find common ground.
