Disappointed, how can I pay insurance for a car that I sold?

I recently sold one of my cars, I notified the insurance company a week prior over the phone, and explained that I was awaiting the buyer (a dealership in Pretoria) to come and collect the car and make full payment on 27/01/2025. I then wrote a formal cancelation letter on the 30th January 2025 condirming that indeed the car was sold but to my "surprise, they deducted the monthly premium for 2 cars, even though I indicated to one of their customer service officials that I was in the process of selling one of the cars, and subsequently submitting a cancelation letter", a total of R2049 was deducted from my absa account. I understand that I am paying upfront, meaning since I pay on the 1st of everymonth, I've already paid for January, hence I want a refund for February as I can't be expected to pay for a car that I sold. I am now considering moving my other car to another insurance company, if I don't receive my refund for the sold car (Nissan Juke). I must say that I nearly insured a 3rd car with King Price but the quote was higher that what I am currently paying with another insurance company. I am really dissaointed with King Price
