Disappointed

I am so disappointed in king price, I actually spoke too soon when I was complimenting the service. A few days later I didn’t go on with the premium as agreed on because I was planning on a new car then ended up not taking the new car …. I called king price to let them know that I won’t be taking the new premium anymore and they had no problem. I was even told they will refund the remaining money for the month and the money the debited for the new car. From the 18th October till this day my money is not back. I’m talking to different people and no1 has answers for me. The last person I spoke to told me everyone else I spoke to was wrong to tell me the amount I was suppose to get😖😏….Pathetic!!!
