Disappointed customer

I'm very disappointed with the service I'm receiving from King price. I cannot believe I logged a claim almost a month ago and till now no concrete way forward from them. All i receive is emails to say we are working very hard on your claim..what is the hold up Lord knows. All I can say is if you don't mind waiting and wondering if your car will be fixed weeks on end join King price. There's no rush to assist you here. Then you call in and they promise to get someone to call you back as they experiencing high call volumes then no one calls back.
