DISAPPOINTED CLIENT!!
I've been their client for some time, and had recently submitted my first claim in March 2021. So disappointed in the overall service I've received, as they give the impression of "ROYAL" service to their clients - (sadly not the case with me...)!! Only received sparing follow up calls as why I've rated them poorly? But zero has been actually done to solve my disappointment/dissatisfaction!! Yet religiously I pay every month....
