Disappointed client

So i have been waiting for a discount from king price and im not getting it it was said i would get it this Month end but still nothing everytime i call im told it appears on my mom s profile that i should get it but nothing surprisingly my mom had paid 2 premiums already but still not getting my referral discount this was my second referral to king price and definitely my last , I just called and im still told stories it appears on my mom s profile but not clearly not a company of your word I wonder if my policy is still safe even .
