Disappointed call back service.

As a client of King Price I am somewhat shocked and disappointed with their lack of returning a call. The option to phone back is provided.... But after 3 requests and a mail.... I Still had no call back. How can I recommend an insurance if they don't even return current clients call requests.

I however am pretty sure that if I were to join them they would phone me back within 2 minutes of my request.
