Disappointed at King Price Insurance

I would like to share my sour experience with King Price Insurance & to warn others about their “WE DON'T CARE” service. I have been with them for many years, my car was bumped in 2021, they have the report from the TLB driver admitting to being wrong. I have been doing follow up on the case with no response, update or communication from them, till todate (2024) all they do is deducting my money every month for what, I don't know. End of Feb I didn't pay my premium because I'm fedup, I have been receiving calls from them because I missed a month, but they never phone to update me about my claim. They Promised Mr that I will get money because the guy admitted to being wrong. King Price don't care about customers but our money. In the beginning they promise decrease on monthly premium each month, it was done few months & stopped in time. I will never recommend them to anyone, they're not helpful & I'm very disappointed...non of my family members, friends & anyone I know will join them.
