Disappointed at King price after I recommended a lot of clients for their business

I'm really dissatisfied with the service I've gotten from King Price especially after being loyal to them for more than 6 years,was involved in a minor accident in June 2022 and my claim was approved to get the fender,bumper front lamp replaced and I was advised to take the car to Automagic,I got my booking at Automagic Jhb,although I drove my car for 2 weeks prior the booking I didn't experience any problems with it up until I left it at Automagic,while receiving my car they did their pre check on the vehicle and there was no problem picked up,they parked my car in their open back yard for 4days,they call me after 4 days to tell me the car doesn't want to start,few weeks down the line they replace the panels and tow my car for diagnosis and the report came back as that my battery which I bought last year 2021 is dead and my ECU has been tempered with,I mean I know for sure I've never ever taken my car to any fly by night mechanic for service,I've always serviced my car at audi dealership and I even have records of that too,to cut the story short I drove in my car to the panel beater and now the insurance will give it back in a break down they say they won't cover for the damage on the car as it is a wear and tear issue,really disappointed,I also dont trust their panel beater any more.
