Disappointed and have lot of regrets

King Price! At first it was all good since it was my first claim now my second claim they just decided to write off without getting second opinion quote of which they should have asked me if I want.... I'm left without a car since car hire has expired had to send it back and I gave them my second opinion quote been over a week no feedback. I will be going back to work with no wheels but I'm insured with them for over 5yrs. I kept emailing the guy in charge of my claim he doesn't even reply.
