Disappointed
Ive put in a claim for car accident which was a hit and run at the parking lot on 16th November, today is the 30th they still have not responded to my claim and my life has to be on hold coz I can't even travel with it as I avoid more damages, they keep on telling me they are waiting for a report up until today, I have send all they asked for but they are dragging and asking me for stupid things like bank statements, I'm so disappointed they are so slow on processing claims but always on time to take premiums
