DISAPPOINTED
Im really disappointed in the fact that they deduct a premium that I littery give more than one sales consultant and info to cancel it because due to personal reason. They still deduct the money and now I struggle to get my money back. I had debit orders and other stuff that was now have not been deducted and all excuse they give they can give me less money back and must wait 8working days. So im really really upset of this and still waiting for my refund back. 99% insurance places EAGERLY WANT TO SELL STUFF BUT THE MOMENT THEY HAVE TO PAY OUT OR HAVE TO SHOW THE GOOD SERVICE THEY PROVIDED US OVER THE FONE THEY CAN'T SHOW ANY REALLY INTREST IN THERE CLIENTS FAVOUR..
