disappointed

I am very disappointed with King Price, my installment went up without me being notified, when I call they always say they transferring me to client care department I will then hold the line for long and they come back to say their line is busy they will call me back. I called again later and something happened, and they said they gone they will call me tomorrow morning. I didnt get a call and i then call them, they told me the same story of a busy line they will call me back. I am wondering if during the claim stage, i will get claims department, or if this client care department is there on not. very disappointed Makhathini ********** 032
