Disappointed

Im very disappointed with King prize..I claimed for accident damages to my car of which they approved on their time..I called to book a car hire which I've been paying for.. They booked the car hire at Hertz..made their own arrangements and excluded things on the hire damages like glass damage that I have on my insurance with them..where the hired car was hit by a stone from a truck while I was traveling and hit the windscreen..now this Hertz people kept my refundable deposit saying I should pay the full amount of the damages of the replaced windscreen with the extra balance on it whereas I never did a booking with them.. Paying that is the same as renting the car myself so why was I paying for this care hire??? I even called King Prize regarding this issue. Since the lady said she will send an email and get back to me.. This ids truly disappointing how these people take advantage of people's finances.
