Disappinted

I bought a brand new car last year,,my broker Bisho recommended king price,i didnt know it that time but took it anyway just for the garage to release my car and they chose the option for me,they read me their terms and conditions,on the part of lodging a claim,their exess is way too high =10% of the car retail value that i didnt understand by that time and the garage employees were impatiently waiting for us to get done as it was too late after they knocked off,now that i claimed,they say they'll assist me provided i pay R31 000 of exess for a minor dent on the side door and a side mirror caused by an animal and no courtesy car as well plus Celeste was rude,her tone was unacceptable to me.im really disappointed in them.
