disapointed,i regret choosing kingprice

im am so so disapointed with king price,the only time i was happy and i thought i did a good choice by choosing them,its on day 1 of the accident,after that chaos,took about 2weeks for my car to be assesed,secondly my car went in for repairs its now 3weeks believe me no update on my car,thirdly Car hire wants their car back,call kingprise and told them this is not my problem that my car is still on for repairs,now the consultant tells me my boss tells me that they will extend for 5days then no more extension,imagine.guess what got an sms again frm car hire they need their car back tomorrow,so now it means im going back to taxis,ds is pathetic service .... and i have reffered 2 people last month ,im not sure what to tell this people .......im heart broken,****ed off,depressed
