Dignity Funeral Group underwritten by King Price insurance is a ****
Can I please get feedback on the investigation being held by you on claim DGC00405** .Ncebakazi from dignity funeral group ***) said the investigation is with you.My cousin covered my Mom with Dignity funeral group which is underwritten by King Price insurance and they finding all sorts of ways not to pay the claim. She submitted all the documents as requested and up to date no payment made. They were suppose to call me and confirm if I am related with Lathi since we have a different surname and no call was ever made. I have funeral bills that I need to cover and you guys are delaying the investigation and for this claim to be paid out. I am not happy with the way my cousins claim was treated and not advising my cousin to carry on at all with dignity. Why I was never contacted up to date? Why must it be a struggle to claim with them?
