DIDNT ASK ALL THE QUESTIONS

I requested a quote from King Price for my car, as I already have home contents with them, I was given a quote of R965, which I accepted as I was paying more at other insurance company. I requested via email a quote emailed for approval and was called back to say they don't send it, they have to do approval on recorded line. I wasn't asked everything I should have been asked, and was therefore wrongly quoted. I then cancelled my car insurance and accepted quote telephonically, and asked twice to receive amended policy. When I received it I noticed information was wrong and emailed back to rectify, and got called back to say due to new info policy going up by nearly R500. Disgusted in this service as I have been loyal to king price for nearly 3 years. Not happy at all and will look to move all my business elsewhere.
