Didn't pay or settle my car to MFC
The company told me that they settled my account for the vehicle (Mercedes Benz) which was involved in an accident but today Nedbank MFC deducted my instalment of about R7700 from account then when I contacted them they them they told me that King Price haven't paid them and send the proof of payment. it saddens me to find out about this weeks later because I was assured everything is okay. please assist me because I need my money back. thanks
