Did King Price close down?

I am very concerned, I had a query on my existing policy but when phoning your number ***, you get a series of options but it doesn't matter which option you choose the call gets cut off. I then tried a different approach and call the number on ********** again same menu same result. If this was an emergency situation and I needed information urgently - like I'm in an accident who can tow my vehicle - what do I do? Normally you have so many tow trucks racing to an accident scene who do I choose and will I eventually end up with the bill because my insurance was unavailable? I am definitely getting a new insurance quote on Monday and that after 4 years with you. All I can say is thank goodness nothing happened when I needed assistance in that 4 years.
