Despite there being a few misunderstandings at the beginning about the subcontractor coming immediately in the morning, when I phoned king Price in the evening after the subcontractor told me they could only come the next day, they leapt into action and sent a plumber from Paarl to switch off my geyser at 8 pm and the very next morning they came and fitted me with a brand new geyser. The contractors they sent, Brilliant Plumbing were really excellent and then the assessor came yesterday morning to review the ceiling damage so at the end I received really excellent service from King Price.
