<p>My tale of woe begins and ends with a ****** S7, the heartbeat of my daughters life, now gone...... but not forgotten EVER.</p> <p>What has this to do with King Price - everything, as my insurance brokers for car and household contents - Including Portable Items, like cell phones , laptops, rings, bicycles and hearing aids....... NOT COVERED unless specified........., all items in our possession specified when insurance cover first taken out with KP in 2013, roll on 2016 and birthday present of a Samsung S7 , only to be ****** at school.... our contact with our daughter gone, King Price, Not specified not covered - Portable item. Yet even the Vodacom shop consulatant remebers the call on their system to KP to cover this phone</p>

We are really sad we couldn't help you in this instance however it is a requirement with most insurers that a cell phone be specified as a portable possession in order to enjoy cover.
