delays on car repair
I am extremely frustrated with the delays in repairing my vehicle. After already waiting a significant amount of time for the repair process to begin, I was given multiple expected completion dates, only to be informed of further delays each time I followed up. I have now been advised that an additional part needs to be ordered internationally, which will extend the repair period even further and leave me without my car for almost two months. The ongoing delays, lack of proactive communication, and constantly changing timelines have caused major inconvenience and disruption. I am requesting urgent intervention, a clear explanation for these delays, and a realistic timeline for when my vehicle will finally be returned.
