I informed King Price about my car accident on 28 June 2023 about my car accident so that they can assist with processing the claim. It is now the 17th of July, the company is looking for loopholes not to payout my claim. I have been getting calls from different consultants, so far i have been told that my VIN no. is incorrect, that I submitted an incorrect car model and that my car is a manual not an automatic. All of which is incorrect. Now they are saying that M&M code is incorrect and that they want to correct this before claim can be process. I told them that I've never hear of this code before, even when I was taking up this insurance. So whose error is it cause there is nothing on my policy that makes reference to an M&M code. I have asked them to send me recordings of when I took up the insurance, there has been no response to date on this matter. Its pathetic the lengths that this Insurance company is taking for them not to process my claim.
