Delaying repairs

I got an accident on 08th September. 19 still today my car still on repairs. 1 of the team talled me it takes 30 working days that's over like way to over. First thing first,they did wrong doing my husband an account holder that he is the ownership of the car.. Wich was their problem of communication. Now their wanna increase my premium because they must change the ownership mind you they wanna change this to high premium than the current one and it all happened after I had an accident.. I can't deal with this fixing a car it takes months and months... They taking long keep on giving me different dates.. It was 30days then 25th October the 1 September now next week on wich date they not even sure.. King price I regret why I switched off to you.. Now I'm struggling to to go to work and come back home I work retail hours where I sometimes start at 6 and knock at 8... Called on the 31. 10.19 said you will get back to me,still waiting..
