Delaying a claim
I referred someone to this insurance and he took it,he was involved in an accident and logged the claim on the 2nd of September 2021. Until today his claim is not finalized but in their website they say claims for car repairs takes 9 days and for car write off is 24 days. Today marks 40 days and his claim is still pending which means King Price has false advertising. I feel guilty as I am the one who referred him. Claim number is CKP***/1
