Delayed Repairs
Really unhappy about the way my claim has been handled, the car was supposed to take 8 days to get fixed but it’s now over 25 days since Wizard autobody has my car. Last week they told me car will be ready on Friday but on Friday I was told that there car will not be ready as they found more damages.
How were they not able to see unseen damages?
Just unacceptable.

Unseen damages are damages that are only seen once the vehicle has been stripped and are added as additional during the repair process. The repairer will be in contact to discuss your concerns and the way forward.
