Delayed Claim Validation!
I'm not happy with King Price, they're all nice when you take a premium with them but have an accident and you will see that you aren't soo "Royal" after all 🤣🤣🤣. I had an accident on the 25th of December and to this date I don't know if my claim is approved or rejected. We are already in February, I honestly think that we are undermined based on your background. The investigator ignored my means of communication, he wants to be the one that communicates with me. I'm about to loose my patience because there's no updates nor reassurance!
